GIANT HEARTS.
An extra awesome firefighter (and human being!) was working the overnight shift in Ocala, Florida. The station alarm went off. The Safe Haven Baby Box had been activated.
He went outside and found a baby girl.
“She had a little bottle with her and was just chilling,” he said. “I picked her up and held her. We locked eyes, and that was it. I’ve loved her ever since that moment.”
He and his wife adopted “Zoey.”
