Everett Kalin.
He was looking to celebrate his 93rd birthday by doing something adventurous. He climbed Half Dome.
I KNOW Yosemite’s Half Dome.
I climbed it in my 30’s (not at age 93!)…
and it IS the most terrifying adventure I’ve ever done!
It’s a towering, slippery slab of granite that goes straight up. To reach the top, it requires pulling yourself up cables embedded into the rock. To ease DOWN the 8,839 ft. peak, you learn to pray…and hold onto those same cables even more tightly.
S C A R Y stuff.
93-year-old Everett just DID it.
Grow old.
Don’t BE old.
