Japanese Sports Fans.
After July 4th, I was shocked to see images of 8,500 pounds of TRASH rudely left on Lake Tahoe’s beautiful beaches. That’s why I’m clapping extra loud for Japanese World Cup Soccer fans who stay behind after their team’s matches to pick up garbage left in the stands.
It’s called “Atarimae.”
It means it’s the polite, obvious and RIGHT thing to do.
How uniquely kind and rare is THAT?
