Blog #630: Did You Like Today?
Walk with me.
And as we walk this week…
I have a question:
“Did you like today?”

And if you did…
Why?
Did you listen to music that made you move?
Did you eat a favorite food that brought out your “Mmm!”?
Did you learn something that made you whisper “Wow!”?
Did you find success in how you organized your time?
Did you think, write, read or talk about something inspiring?
Did you re-energize your mind, heart and body through exercise?
Did you take a risk that pushed you?
Did you succeed in accomplishing a morning goal?
Did you do something which moved another person an inch forward?
Did you love something with every fiber of your being?
Did you plant a flower, a prayer, an idea…or a kind word?
Did you do something that inspired confidence that tomorrow will be better?

Truth #1 is this…
If we had chosen to…
we could have lived any of the above.
And if we had chosen to…
we would’ve had an extra reason to feel good about our day.
It’s life-changing to know WHY we had a good day.
Then we don’t need to WISH for one tomorrow.
We only need to PLAN for one to happen.
______
So as we walk together now…
I have a question:
“Did you like today?”
Because if you didn’t, Truth #2 is this:
You spent one of your limited and precious days living it.
