Blog #676: It’s Number 1 of 10,000

If we’re paying attention to living…
We walk through life today
with a shade more wisdom than yesterday.
Undoubtedly…
We know more about creating better health,
deeper happiness…and more harmony.
If…
You had the chance to share ONE difference-making thought with thousands of others…what would it be?
Today…
I’ll use my chance.
______
From the moment we’re born…
we’re learning lessons.
As a baby…
I learned to watch faces.
I learned my feet can get me places.
I learned the sounds I made had impact.
As a child…
I learned having a pet is having a best friend.
I learned there is more to see outside than inside.
I learned the more I practiced, the better I became.
As a school kid…
I learned someone else is always faster.
I learned that books have magical power.
I learned to take turns when shooting baskets.
As a young guy trying to make a difference…
I learned to spend less money than I made.
I learned success isn’t as easy as they tell you.
I learned if I let failure get me down, I would never climb up.
As a guy growing older…
I learned I’m inspired the most when I inspire the most.
I learned that walking 750 miles is only impossible when I think it is.
I learned my best meditation is sitting outside watching my dogs see the world.
But in all of the difference-making lessons branded on my heart, brain, and soul, the most important lesson… #1 of 10,000… is this:
“If I’m not loving life, I’m doing something wrong.”
Yours to think about.

PS: I ran this blog one year ago. After giving my intro a fresh spin today, I thought I’d give the blog a chance to make a difference one more time.
EXTRA Thoughts…
When I turn Tomorrow into Today…
I give myself less to regret tomorrow.
✨
Did you miss last week’s blog?
In using the inspiration of 12 people I know, I shared one commonality between them that changed their lives forever for the BIGGER.
Curious?
✨
Thank you for hanging out with me this week.
I hope I added value to your day…and life.
With appreciation and gratitude…
