Having a something to look forward to makes life better.

Without the something…

Life can feel like an exhausting and continuing load of stress and struggle.

“When will I ever get a break?”

You want to know WHEN?

WHEN you give yourself one.

The joy.

The happiness.
The harmony.
The breather.
The laughter.
The vacation.
The timeout.
The fun.

Often…

They need a planned push to happen.

I’ve lived this truth 1,000 times…

“If I don’t plan time to do it…I won’t.”

So how about giving yourself a break?

Plan something.

The ice cream.
The breather.
The vacation.

It’s the special gift we have the power to give ourselves.

Every.
Single.
Day.
