Blog #685: Paper Plane Over the Pacific

Every day…
I look for one thought or experience that
inspires my head and gets my feet moving.
This week…
I’m planting three and hoping one grows tall for you.
______
#1. Paper Planes.
Him: “I’d like to work with you.”
Me: “Have you read my blog?”
Him: “No.”
Me: “Have you read one of my books?”
Him: No.”
Me: “Then why do you want to work with me?”
Him: “Because I need a job.”
We often assure failure the moment we start.
Paper planes cannot cross the Pacific.
And big goals are not achieved with small plans.
______
#2. Solo Walks.
Solo walks.
Self-talks.
It’s how I brainstorm.
It’s how I problem-solve.
It’s how I find inspiration.
Solo walks.
Self-talks.
They hold the secret for regrouping.
They hold the secret for rejuvenating.
They hold the secret for succeeding.
Go on one.
______
#3. Using the Bad.
The bad gets better when we use it.
Use the loss of a job to develop undeniable skills.
Use what the doctor said to change your habits.
Use the hard life moment to start what hasn’t.
Use the breakup to work on yourself.
Use the bad.
We can let it destroy us.
We can let it wound every great goal we have.
We can let it diminish us for the rest of our lives.
Or…
We can use it to start.
We can use it to grow.
We can use it to transform.
Don’t let the bad break you.
______
This week…
I shared a little about…
Paper planes.
Solo walks
Breaking the bad.
I hope one pushes you forward.

EXTRA Thoughts…
Know what leads you.
Know what inspires you.
No one can be a better coach to you…
Than the person named “YOU.”
✨
Miss last week’s blog?
I shared a story about a caller desperate and complaining about how her life was going. I replied to her with a simple question.
Curious?
