It’s inevitable……

Good health eventually leaves us all.
It’s up to us to not push its departure quicker than need be.

So what did you do today to protect yours?

Rest your mind?

Many years ago…

I worked on a project with Helen Klein who, at that time, had run more ultramarathon races than any woman on earth.

Words she said to me then are tattooed on my soul now:

“Use your body…or lose your body.”

Think it’s too late for you?

She didn’t become serious about running until age 55.

All of it.

The opportunities.
The experiences.
The adventures.
The moments.

The shine of each is dimmed when we aren’t feeling or moving well.

When we KNOW this…
When we’ve FELT this…
When we LIVE this…

Why would we dare not take action on doing our best to protect and improve our health every day?
